I provide trauma-informed consultation for organizations, leadership teams, and workplace systems, drawing on over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program design, mental health, trauma-informed service delivery, early childhood education, and child and family services.
This work serves Head Start programs, schools, nonprofits, and other helping-profession organizations. It addresses the impact of vicarious trauma and helps organizations build safer, more responsive environments by strengthening policies, enhancing staff well-being, and improving service delivery and outcomes.
