Individual Therapy Services

Trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, PTSD, relational and developmental trauma, and life transitions.

This work supports emotional regulation, deeper processing, and long-term healing at a pace that feels right for you.

A Grounded Approach

In my private practice, I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in Florida using EMDR, CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic strategies. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, PTSD, relational trauma, developmental trauma, and life transitions.

Trauma can show up in many ways, feeling on edge, becoming easily overwhelmed, struggling to trust yourself or others, reacting strongly to situations that seem minor, or finding it difficult to feel safe and connected in relationships.

Together, we work to better understand these patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, process unresolved experiences, and build a greater sense of safety, stability, and connection in daily life.
